| Abstract | Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับสุขภาพจิต ระดับความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ ในแต่ละระดับชั้นปีการศึกษา (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ ในแต่ละระดับชั้นปี (3) เพื่อศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับสุขภาพจิต ระดับความเครียด ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียด ที่มีผลต่อการเกิดภาวะความเครียดของนักศึกษา คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในแต่ละระดับชั้นปีการศึกษา การศึกษารูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่จานวน 248 คน โดยเทียบจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Robert and Morgan (1970) จากนั้น ทาการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามความสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วย แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไปส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดระดับสุขภาพจิต แบบวัดปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเกิดความเครียดของนักศึกษาและแบบวัดระดับความเครียดของนักศึกษาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการหาสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จานวน 157 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.3 พักอาศัยอยู่หอเอกชน จานวน 96 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38.7 จะพักอาศัยอยู่กับรูมเมท จานวน 141 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.9 ส่วนใหญ่มีสุขภาพจิตอยู่ในระดับปกติ จานวน 160 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.5 มีระดับความเครียดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง จานวน 114 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.0 2.ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ ในแต่ละระดับชั้นปี พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านการเรียน ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ ปัจจัยด้านการเงิน ปัจจัยด้านความคาดหวัง ปัจจัยด้านกิจกรรมและ ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ส่งผลต่อความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมส่งผลต่อความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ ในแต่ละระดับชั้นปี อยู่ในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3.ระดับสุขภาพจิต ระดับความเครียด ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียด มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเกิดภาวะความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และระดับสุขภาพจิต และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียด สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเกิดความเครียด ของนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ได้ร้อยละ 51.2 The objectives of this research were (1) to study to study the level of mental health and stress level of students in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Chiang Mai University in each academic year level (2) to study factors affecting stress among students of the Faculty of Pharmacy In each grade level (3) to study the relationship between mental health levels stress level Factors that affect stress that affect the stress of students Faculty of Pharmacy Chiang Mai University in each academic year level The study of the research model was a correlational research. The sample group used in this research were students of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Chiang Mai University consisted of 248 students, compared with the sample group according to Robert and Morgan's table (1970). Then, stratified random sampling was done by convenience sampling. Instrument were (1) The data was collected using the demographic data questionnaire (2) a measure of Mental Health Scale (3) a measure of the factors related to stress among students and the student stress level. . Data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation coefficient analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results were as follows: 1. Most of the samples were female, 157 people, and representing 63.3 percent. Residing in private dormitories of 96 people, representing 38.7%, will live with roommates of 141 people. 56.9 percent, most of them had normal mental health, of 160 people, representing 64.5%, with a moderate level of stress, 114 people of 46.0%. 2. Factors Affecting Stress of Pharmacy Students At each grade level, it was found that factors affecting stress among students of the Faculty of Pharmacy were personal factors.
